Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 years related experience.
• High School diploma and 6 years experience in indirect sourcing and operations.
• Working knowledge of office services commodity categories.
• Exceptionally strong written/verbal communication skills. Proven track record in analytical and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with internal stakeholders across business teams to understand procurement needs and align with objectives.
• Support strategic initiatives and projects such as integrations and program changes.
• Data analysis and reporting to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and improvements.
• Monitor spend against corporate programs and train employees on non-compliant spend.
• Identify and recommend improvements to procurement processes and systems.
