Job summary

Culligan International is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support sourcing, contracting, and supplier management across North America. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities to drive cost savings and ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen, manage multiple categories, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) across indirect/direct spend categories.
• Perform spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidation strategies.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approval frameworks.
• Maintain and monitor supplier performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs).
• Support issue resolution and escalation with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing structures.
• Partner with Legal to ensure contracts meet risk and compliance standards.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership (cost savings, spend by category, supplier performance).
• Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP and procurement systems.
