Culligan Quench is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the Global Supply Chain. This role drives performance through cross-functional collaboration, developing driver-based forecasts and annual budgets across U.S.

distribution centers and international sourcing operations. The ideal candidate has deep experience in supply chain finance, inventory accounting, and SOX controls, with a track record in improving

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A forecasting, budgeting and reporting with bottom-up cost drivers.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and working capital management.
• Proficiency in inventory planning, procurement and logistics knowledge.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders across functions.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting analytics and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and monthly performance reviews for US supply chain.
• Provide finance support to global supply chain, logistics, procurement and warehouses.
• Improve inventory productivity and reduce working capital with operational partners.
• Ensure SOX-compliant controls and accurate intercompany reporting.
• Support executive decision-making with scenario modeling and data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with Korea, Canada and Puerto Rico business units on financial reporting.
