Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Business Transformation & Process Engineering Lead to partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will identify, assess, and execute strategic transformation opportunities, leading complex process engineering from current-state assessment through future-state design and implementation planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven management consulting experience is required.
Strong stakeholder and relationship-management capabilities.
End-to-end process engineering and re-engineering experience.
Experience in large-scale financial services transformation.
Ability to lead executive-level discussions and workshops.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops.
Oversee process engineering including current-state mapping and future-state design.
Collaborate with business, technology, data, risk, and operations teams.
Develop strategic roadmaps and business cases for transformation.
Coach teams and transfer knowledge on process-engineering methods.
