Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a Process & Technology Analyst to drive cross-functional projects across business units, delivering measurable value from kickoff to delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, develop plans, and manage execution with strong communication and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience, with PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field
5+ years project management experience
PMP or Agile certification preferred
Track record managing projects and delivering measurable results
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations
Partner with business units to define requirements, develop project plans, and drive execution
Identify and mitigate project risks; elevate blockers to keep initiatives moving forward
Report project performance using dashboards and status updates
Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions
Document lessons learned and best practices to support organizational PM capability
