Job summary

NextEra Energy Analytics is seeking a Manager of Technical Product Management to provide product ownership and vision for multiple projects within an agile framework. You will lead a team of junior Product Managers, coordinate with Applied Math, Science, and Engineering & Technology, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience, with direct leadership responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise product briefs, epics, stories, and tasks for dev and QA teams with minimal supervision.
• Own and/or oversee research and product discovery across internal units and external parties.
• Oversee vendor and 3rd party integrations.
• Be the subject matter expert on competitor landscape and market trends for a specific domain.
• Define product vision and execute product strategy.
• Support and influence discussions at executive level.
• Mentor a subset of the product team within a domain.
• Assist HR with candidate profiles, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Perform weekly 1:1s, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and support career growth.
