Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with business units to define requirements, develop project plans, and drive execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; accelerate blockers to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Report project performance using dashboards and status updates; facilitate team meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to support organizational PM capability.
