Job summary

Bama is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead and drive process enhancements across our Tulsa plants using PDSA. You will partner with teams to share learnings, teach improvement tools, and champion Six Sigma methodologies.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of progressive experience, strong data analysis, and deep knowledge of production processes. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Business Execution.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of increasing responsibility and experience in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and affect change, often requiring advanced mathematical calculations.
• Working knowledge of plant safety and quality requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes.
• Excellent team facilitation and leadership skills.
• Mastered utilization of Minitab, Business Objects, Visio, Bama's web based applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive process improvements using the PDSA methodology across Tulsa plants.
• Drive strategy and alignment around key improvement initiatives.
• Engage all team members in process improvement projects through relationships and training.
• Teach process improvement tools, lead teams, and celebrate successes.
• Demonstrate ownership mindset and deep knowledge of production processes and Six Sigma.
• Report to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Business Execution
