• Quantify business impact using metrics like cycle time, cost, quality, and customer experience.
• Design practical solutions including process changes, reporting enhancements, automation, or new workflows.
• Lead cross-functional implementation with Analytics, IT, Product, and operations teams.
• Create and manage practical improvement roadmaps for assigned business areas.
• Drive adoption and ensure improvements are sustained and measurable.
