Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Senior Business Excellence Partner in Schaumburg, IL for a high-impact role focused on identifying and solving complex operational challenges. You will drive continuous improvement across multiple functions, build scalable solutions, and measure outcomes to deliver tangible business results.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, adoption of new processes, and collaboration with leaders in operations, finance and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience; Black Belt preferred for senior-level candidates.
7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence or business transformation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent across the organization.
Identify operational pain points impacting productivity, quality, customer experience or financial performance.
Analyze current-state processes and challenge workflows to uncover improvements.
Design and implement scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Build low-code/no-code prototypes, pilots and POCs to validate ideas.
Facilitate process improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
Develop business cases with data and measurable outcomes.
Establish baseline metrics and track post-implementation performance.
Drive adoption of new processes, tools and operating models across teams.
Leverage Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate, Salesforce, ServiceNow and AI tools to improve processes.
