Job summary

The engineer will analyze flow data, identify bottlenecks, and implement standard work and process controls that elevate system performance and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of process/manufacturing/operations engineering experience.
• Familiarity with TOC, Factory Physics, Lean, and structured problem solving.
• Experience identifying bottlenecks and improving complex production systems.
• Strong data-driven analysis and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify system bottlenecks using TOC and Factory Physics principles.
• Analyze cycle time, WIP, yield, and throughput to diagnose losses.
• Lead improvements at bottlenecks to raise flow and reliability.
• Assess system-wide impacts to avoid sub-optimization.
• Apply Lean, TOC, and Six Sigma tools to stabilize and improve capability.
• Design process controls and standard work that protect quality and speed.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and small experiments at the gemba.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to align with demand.
• Investigate throughput instability and delivery misses from upstream behavior.
• Monitor performance trends and link constraints to business outcomes.
