You will partner with senior leadership to define scope, milestones, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with business strategies and enterprise standards.

You will mentor program managers, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes through data-informed decision-making and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, business program management, project management, or related role leading complex initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-organizational programs from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and priorities.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budgets while managing risks and changes.
• Develop program strategies aligned with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, accessibility, and operational standards.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical issues, coordinating teams to drive timely resolution.
• Establish and enforce governance, SLAs, and reporting for successful execution and operational excellence.
• Lead planning for funding, resource allocation, forecasting, and organizational change management.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and operational practices for scalability and efficiency.
