Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 10+ years in external affairs, community engagement, public policy, or partnerships.
• Proven track record building senior-level relationships across sectors.
• Experience creating initiatives that advance business and community priorities.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with Nashville's civic and business landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: lead community partnership and engagement strategy for Nashville.
• Relationships: build trusted relationships with senior leaders across sectors.
• Partnerships: translate priorities into scalable programs with measurable outcomes.
