Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Principal Tech Product Manager for Prime Video Personalization & Discovery in Seattle, leading roadmaps and cross-functional teams to deliver personalized content experiences worldwide.

You will own product strategy, partner with engineering, science, design, and business teams to deliver high-scale personalization features, define requirements, and drive a compelling vision for customers’ streaming experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for personalization and content discovery.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, operations, finance, and business teams to deliver features at scale.
• Own requirements mapping to engineering specifications and drive cross-functional programs.
