Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for enterprise data products and AI-enabled analytics across the supply chain. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted data assets, semantic layers, and self-serve BI capabilities that drive operational excellence.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of data governance, metadata, and quality

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience with enterprise data products, semantic layers, BI platforms, or AI-enabled data products.
• Experience treating enterprise data as a product with defined consumers, SLAs, and evolution roadmaps.
• Experience incorporating AI into product strategy, including LLM-powered analytics or AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products and semantic layer for supply chain data.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and domain PMs to align data product strategy with ERP and supply chain transformations.
• Translate business problems into product requirements, epics, and success metrics; drive roadmap priorities with executive stakeholders.
• Champion governance, documentation, metadata, and data quality across enterprise data products.
