Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a principal-level data leader to own and drive the Enterprise Data Strategy, AI, and New Datamart vision across ERP environments. You will orchestrate SAP, Oracle, and cloud platforms to deliver an intelligent data fabric that unifies data across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering.

You will chair a Manufacturing Operations Data Governance Council, partner with IT and business teams, and guide data standards, security, lineage,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, data warehousing, BI, or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ERP data ecosystems across SAP/Oracle or similar platforms.
• Strong data modeling, semantic layer design, and enterprise datamarts.
• Experience designing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data strategy across ERP-centric environments, modernizing legacy data warehouses into cloud-native datamarts.
• Design and implement a new Datamart architecture unifying ERP and non-ERP data.
• Establish semantic layer and data fabric for consistent metrics across domains.
• Lead cross-functional data governance and data quality programs across Manufacturing Operations.
