Qualifications

• 15+ years working knowledge of electric power systems or equivalent.
• Leader and expert within INDUSTRIAL – PROTECTION.
• Strong cross-functional innovation, product strategy, and customer engagement.
• Excellent technical training, speaking, writing, and customer service.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Background check satisfactory; negative drug test results.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, development, evaluation, and advancement of ideas and growth initiatives.
• Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement to identify opportunities.
• Establish and manage a continuous pipeline of strategic opportunities derived from market dynamics.
• Translate market opportunities into product requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide deep expertise to ensure products address validated market needs and deliver value.
• Influence product strategy, roadmaps, and technical narratives to drive growth.
• Drive adoption, market expansion, and revenue through ongoing engagement and value realization.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams while leading industry forums.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and value realization to guide decisions.
• Educate audiences on SEL capabilities and emerging technologies.
