Job summary

AA Metals, Inc. seeks a Primary Aluminum Trader to develop and manage a portfolio of customers and suppliers in the primary aluminum market, focusing on ingots, billets, sow and related products.

You will combine business development, account management, and market analysis to drive profitable growth while delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of aluminum trading experience, deep knowledge of LME pricing, regional premiums, and strong logistics and supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Metallurgy, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience trading primary aluminum products (ingots, billets, sow).
• Strong knowledge of aluminum pricing, including LME and regional premiums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers purchasing primary aluminum products.
• Build long-term B2B relationships with manufacturers, extruders, foundries, distributors and industrials.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
• Source material from domestic and international suppliers while maintaining relationships.
• Negotiate purchase and sales contracts to maximize profitability and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor aluminum market conditions (LME pricing, premiums, freight, currency).
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
