Job summary

Gadge USA, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Program Manager to lead the end-to-end price change process from identification to implementation. The role requires coordinating with Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Projects, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate price updates.

Based in Lake Success, NY, you will analyze index movements, validate data in ERP/Salesforce, and develop SOPs to improve pricing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, pricing, operations, supply chain, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong project management skills coordinating across multiple departments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow up effectively and persistently drive completion of tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills: data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Preferred: experience with ERP systems (Sage MAS 100); Salesforce a plus; process documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete price change process from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and action plans to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate activities across Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Projects, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and drive resolution.
• Maintain status reporting and provide updates to management on open price changes.
• Monitor publications our pricing is contractually tied to.
• Coordinate preparation and issuance of vendor and customer price change notifications.
• Ensure communications reflect approved pricing, effective dates, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain documentation and records supporting all price changes.
• Review index movements and pricing calculations for accuracy.
• Prepare Excel-based reports, tracking tools, and analysis to support decisions.
• Maintain pricing databases, trackers, and historical records.
• Identify opportunities to improve the price change process and SOPs.
