Gadge USA, Inc. seeks a Planning & Purchasing Specialist to support purchasing, inventory planning, vendor communications, and supply chain execution to deliver products on time for customers.

The role requires an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Experience, Logistics, Finance, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in purchase order management or related administrative roles.
• Experience using procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong Excel skills including data handling, formulas, filters, pivots, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery with accuracy and timing.
• Ensure approvals and documentation are in place before processing orders.
• Follow up with vendors on status, delivery dates, backorders, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Senior Specialists and Managers on price, cost, and process improvements.
• Maintain vendor price lists, data files, and system information.
• Review warehouse inventory reports and customer demand to support replenishment decisions.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to adjust planning based on demand and constraints.
• Analyze usage trends to find opportunities to optimize purchasing quantities.
