Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a senior Pricing & Policy Insights professional to monitor healthcare reform changes and industry responses, delivering financial models and insights to leadership while supporting strategy development.

The role reports to the Director, Pricing & Policy Insights and collaborates across Pricing Insights, Public Affairs, Government Pricing & Compliance, Strategy, Market Access and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of pricing, contracting, forecasting, or finance experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (2+ years).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate healthcare reform changes from financial and strategic perspectives.
• Partner with PA-Policy to stay updated on federal policy changes.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance on state-level policy changes.
• Develop pricing analytics and scenarios for strategy evaluation.
• Prepare pricing and policy analyses for investor relations.
• Support investor relations questions and roadshows.
