Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a pricing senior analyst to oversee CMU and Local contract bids, review customer pricing, markets and nationals, and identify margin growth opportunities across the OpCo. You will lead pricing setup and maintenance, and collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure profitability.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, analytical thinking, and clear communication, with at least five years in pricing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years pricing or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall pricing strategy at the item level and review the accuracy on-going.
• Analyze use of earned income, if necessary, to establish proper pricing structure.
• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Review margin reports daily at customer and item level to ensure the operation company (OpCo) is making the correct adjusted gross profit.
• Review top moving items for margin enhancement and make recommendations to purchasing departments.
• Review markets daily and recommend price changes to customer bids and market and national cost.
• Review all bids for correct pricing, i.e. suitability, adjusted gross profit, and case movement
• Assist VP Purchasing/Sales in developing queries/reports.
• Other duties as outlined by management
