POOLCORP is seeking a Corporate Pricing Manager to lead daily pricing across ERP systems and drive margin improvements. You will manage a team of Pricing Managers, review non-standard pricing, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

The role requires a Bachelor's and 3–5 years in pricing or analytics, with ERP and Power BI proficiency. Hybrid work options may be available, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with pricing or analytics experience.
• Experience leading pricing or margin management in wholesale distribution.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pricing changes across multiple ERP systems and ensure accuracy.
• Coach pricing managers and train on tools, policies, and processes.
• Review non-standard pricing requests in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain pricing data integrity across ERP and reporting platforms.
• Support automation projects and provide insights on margin trends.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on pricing activity for leadership.
