Job summary

POOLCORP, a leading distributor of pool and landscape supplies, seeks a Corporate Pricing Manager in Covington, LA. You will oversee pricing operations across ERP systems, lead a team of Pricing Managers, and translate pricing strategy into actionable plans.

You’ll monitor margins, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will guide pricing governance, optimize tools and processes, and deliver dashboards to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in pricing, margin management, or analytics
• ERP experience (Epicor Prelude or equivalent) required
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel; knowledge of DAX is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence pricing decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pricing execution across ERP systems and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coach and develop Pricing Managers; manage workload and training on pricing tools
• Review non-standard pricing requests in partnership with leadership
• Maintain data integrity across ERP and reporting platforms; monitor overrides and deviations
• Translate strategic pricing into operational execution and automation initiatives
• Deliver regular pricing dashboards and margin analyses to leadership
