Job summary

Evernorth Health Services in St. Louis is seeking a Financial Analysis Lead Analyst to partner with Supply Chain Leadership on pricing strategies, performance measurement and reporting using the MAC pricing system.

The role develops tools and reports to guide strategic decisions and monitor results. You will collaborate across pricing, analytics and operations, build models and forecasts, and deliver ad hoc analyses under tight deadlines while maintaining rigorous data accuracy and communication

Qualifications

3+ years of business analysis, modeling, pricing or data management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Math preferred
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and collect reports
Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
Ability to leverage data to develop models, trends and/or forecasts
Strong business, organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and VBA preferred

Responsibilities

Pricing decisions and implementation for standard and custom MRA lists totaling over $18 Billion in generic AWP per month
Develop strategic pricing initiatives to manage complex pricing needs
Development of tools, reports and ad hoc analysis for pricing related initiatives and projects
