Qualifications

• High School Graduate/Equivalent.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• 1+ year of medical product knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Familiarity with medical products/supplies helpful.
• Able to multi-task with strong project management.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform recruitment cost analysis and product comparisons illustrating program benefits.
• Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.
• Manage financial dashboards, scorecards and metric reporting.
• Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders and drive revenue.
• Provide ongoing analytical support related to program management.
• Use data query tools to create/maintain reports from multiple sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
