Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or Operations.
• Minimum 4 years of business experience in Marketing/Product or Manufacturing/Analytical roles.
• Metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Able to travel occasionally to customers and facilities.
