Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Project Manager to join Corporate Development, supporting acquisitions integration from planning through execution while aligning with the company vision. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integration objectives on scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires at Fort Mill base with occasional travel to MPS/PGC sites; flexibility for extended hours during integration cycles and strong communication

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, preferably M&A or corporate development.
• PMP/CCMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end integration of acquisitions centered on activities from assessment through execution and signoff
• Support other corporate strategic projects from initiation through closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers as required in coordination with our collaboration platform (Asana)
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, corporate functions, plants, and suppliers
• Track and report on project progress, issues, and dependencies, and elevate as needed
• Ensure compliance with the company's policies, standards, and best practices
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and value creation
• Provide guidance and support to project team members and ensure effective collaboration and coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned
