Job summary

Rogue Fitness in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Pricing Data Analyst to own how we price products across channels. You will build, automate, and maintain pricing models, cost calculators, and reporting that guide profitability, working with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Operations.

You will analyze margin and landed costs at order and SKU levels, develop SQL/BigQuery pipelines, and use Excel/Google Sheets and scripting to deliver repeatable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or similar; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years in a data analyst role focused on cost, finance, pricing, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SQL; BigQuery or another cloud data warehouse a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling, lookups, and calculators.
• Ability to interpret tariffs, freight, duties, and raw material costs.
• Familiarity with automation using R or Python for recurring reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate pricing templates and margin reporting.
• Develop and maintain SQL/BigQuery queries and pipelines for pricing data.
• Analyze order- and SKU-level margin and landed-cost components to support profitability targets.
• Quantify impact of price and cost changes and track results post-launch.
• Monitor cost drivers and flag pricing updates to leadership.
