Job summary

Rogue Fitness is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive commercial decisions by partnering with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You will own complex analyses from questions to executive-ready recommendations and shape pricing, logistics, inventory and growth strategy.

The role requires robust SQL and data skills, experience building automated reports, and the ability to communicate insights to senior leadership on-site at our Columbus, Ohio facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, financial analysis, or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or Supply Chain; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) with the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling, including Apps Script for automation.
• Strong analytical reasoning with the ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience analyzing digital marketing performance (SEO, Google Ads, Merchant Center) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analyses across key business domains including shipping, conversion rate optimization, inventory, pricing, workforce analytics (HR), and sales performance.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, automated reports, and executive-ready insights.
• Evaluate cost, margin, duty calculations, and performance drivers across SKUs, channels, and regions.
• Design and maintain scalable reporting and review frameworks for ongoing business monitoring.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for demand, pricing, and margin scenarios to support annual planning and reviews.
• Partner with Engineering and Application Development teams to improve data pipelines (BQ, MSSQL, R Server), data models, and analytical tooling.
• Assist with the reporting and analysis of SEO and SEM performance; diagnose efficiency and opportunities for growth.
• Act as a senior analytics partner to cross-functional stakeholders to enable automated reporting and dashboards.

Senior Business Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to sit at the center of how Rogue makes its biggest commercial decisions. You'll partner directly with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to shape pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy, owning complex analysis from the first ambiguous question through a clear, executive-ready recommendation. This role is built for someone who combines financial and commercial judgment with real technical depth in SQL and R/Python, and who wants to see their analysis directly shape decisions at the leadership table, not just inform them from a distance.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Columbus, OH facility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
