Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Deal Desk team. You will manage RFP responses, build pricing models, and collaborate with field, sales leadership, and implementation teams to deliver competitive proposals.

Strong Excel skills are required; Power BI, SQL, or CPQ experience is a plus. You will translate data into narratives that inform strategy and support rapid, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of pricing, sales, or analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Power BI, SQL, or CPQ experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• RFP Management and Response: efficiently manage and respond to RFPs, meeting deadlines with accurate pricing.
• Data Analysis and Storytelling: clean, manipulate, and analyze data; create compelling narratives and presentations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: work with field, sales, and implementation teams to align pricing strategies.
• Strategic Planning: assist in developing pricing strategies and models aligned with goals and market trends.
• Excel Proficiency: use advanced Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and visuals.
• Project Management: oversee multiple projects ensuring timely workflows.
