Job summary

Palmer Holland is seeking a Pricing Specialist to maintain product costing accuracy and timely updates in the system. The role collaborates with Account Managers, Business Managers, Sales Advocates, Buyers, and Principals to enforce Palmer Holland and Principal partners' pricing policies.

Key responsibilities include updating cost books, communicating with managers on path forward, and ensuring documentation and data accuracy for product-level pricing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Detail oriented with solid clerical skills.
• Proactive, multi-tasking, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Review cost increases from principal and seek clarification on inconsistencies.
• Update Purchase Price (cost books) and standard cost in the system.
• Maintain accuracy of price and cost books at product/customer level.
• Respond to product cost and price requests from internal customers.
• Ensure relevant documents are maintained and filed appropriately.
