Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Report on site costing metrics to support variance analysis and reduce overspends.
• Analyze material costing data to explain cost breakdowns and identify savings.
• Contribute to rate development and updates.
• Lead the annual standard costing processes.
• Collaborate to develop pricing for OE and aftermarket proposals.
• Follow accounting policies and control processes to ensure accurate work.
• Present analyses to various functions and management.
