Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and deal facilitation for new GTO opportunities. You will build financial models reflecting deal economics, drive cross‑functional alignment, and contribute to automation efforts that boost productivity and profitable growth.

You will present deal economics, risks, and opportunities to leadership, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal to ensure consistent, customer‑oriented practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of P&L drivers.
• Ability to independently complete financial models and support decision‑making through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with a focus on new deal P&L contribution and operating margin.
• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights, risks, and recommendations to business partners and management.
• A collaborative, team‑focused approach and a willingness to contribute to initiatives that benefit the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for new opportunities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with RFP requirements and deadlines.
• Present deal economics, risks, and strategic opportunities to management to support informed decision‑making.
• Facilitate discussions with business partners to align on pricing approaches and proposed solutions.
• Apply pricing priorities and governance requirements throughout the deal development process.
• Partner with the Strategic Pricing team on initiatives, automation efforts, and renewals that include a new deal component.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Legal to establish consistent, customer‑centered practices and communications.
• Lead digitization and automation initiatives, using analytics and dashboards to improve scalability and operational visibility.
• Work with Product, New Business, and Sales teams to understand client needs and identify potential enhancements.
