Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of pricing or analytics experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and statistical modeling skills.
• Solid financial acumen including cost, margin and profitability assessment.
• Experience with pricing strategy across wholesale and retail environments.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain pricing structures for wholesale and retail channels.
• Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability to support pricing decisions.
• Monitor industry pricing trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics.
• Build pricing models and financial analyses for scenarios, promotions, launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations.
• Support account-specific pricing and margin targets for key partners.
• Track pricing performance and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure pricing accuracy across systems, lists, and materials.
• Prepare data-driven reports and leadership presentations.
