Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related work experience, or 4+ years substituting for a degree.
• Strong data analysis and statistical modeling skills.
• Solid financial acumen including cost analysis and margin management.
• Experience with pricing strategy across wholesale and retail environments.
• Excellent communication to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain pricing structures for wholesale and retail channels.
• Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability to support pricing decisions.
• Monitor pricing trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics.
• Build pricing models and analyses for promotions and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations.
• Support account-specific pricing and margin targets for retail partners.
• Track pricing performance and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across systems and materials.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for leadership.
