Job summary

Brembo North America is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support its North American aftermarket pricing strategy. The role will analyze market conditions, competitive pricing, customer purchasing behavior, product costs, margins, and sales performance to develop data-driven recommendations for profitable growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Cataloging, and Supply Chain to ensure pricing is competitive, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, business analytics, sales analytics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current pricing, sales performance, product margins, and profitability across Brembo product categories.
• Develop pricing recommendations based on market conditions, competitive positioning, product lifecycle, and customer requirements.
• Monitor pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and market share.
• Support annual and periodic pricing reviews and adjustments.
• Analyze price changes and their impact on sales volume, revenue, and gross margin.
• Establish and maintain pricing guidelines consistent with Brembo’s premium positioning.
