Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Experience with cost estimating and quantity take-off procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform take-offs and develop quantities for cost estimates using estimating software.
• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and contract estimates with general conditions and site systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to review documents for constructability.
• Set up bid solicitations with three bids per trade for full coverage.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and vendors to gain competitive edges.
