Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience in preconstruction, estimating, or design coordination aligned to level.
• Proficiency in estimating software and BIM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate conceptual, preliminary, and contract cost estimates using estimating software.
• Lead preconstruction proposals and negotiate professional service agreements.
• Develop budgets and schedules, and monitor design timelines against milestones.
• Coordinate bid solicitation and manage bidder communications.
• Mentor junior staff and drive constructability and compliance reviews.
