Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience including Estimating, Cost Control, Design and Preconstruction.
• LEED accredited.
• P.E. License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary budgets for clients and negotiated projects.
• Lead preconstruction activities across RFQs/RFPs and budgets.
• Collaborate with design team to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate mechanical design with entire design team.
• Prepare conceptual estimates for design-build or design‑assist.
• Facilitate project turnover to Operations and ensure seamless handover.
