Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Real Estate Development, Architecture/Design, or Construction Management.
• Experience using productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage scope, budget, and schedules for capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GREF stakeholders on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Draft project charters for capital improvements and new builds.
• Prepare budgets and forecast timelines for long-range capital plans.
• Procure and manage external architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure decisions align with Amazon priorities and mitigate risks.
• Lead discussions to resolve project issues and blockers.
• Review contracts, leases, and landlord delivery conditions as needed.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts from charter to execution.
