GREF’s Workplace Design and Construction team is looking for a Preconstruction Manager for capital planning/tenant improvement and renovations. This role focuses on capital planning, renovations, and tenant improvements in owned and leased buildings. Capital planning includes long range planning through project initiation for base building improvements and renovations.
This individual is responsible for scoping, design, and preconstruction activities. This individual will collaborate with internal GREF stakeholders and customers through the project planning and initiation phases to align on scope, budget, and schedule. This individual must be comfortable operating on both strategic and tactical levels, acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, and implementer from a design and construction perspective. The role involves procuring and managing vendor/contractor performance to ensure timely completion, compliance with cost requirements, organizational standards, and other requirements and regulations.
Each day you will represent GREF providing input for the on time and in budget execution of Amazon construction projects, while improving processes. Daily tasks may comprise of long-range strategy discussions, early scope and budget creation, project team procurement, design and construction coordination, and utilizing the Amazon information systems to record and update key project developments. Each day you will be navigating through uncertainty, proactively unblocking project barriers and influencing the best project decisions.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
