Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in Real Estate Development, Architecture/Design, or Construction Management, with strong vendor management and contract knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GREF stakeholders across portfolio management, occupancy planning, design, and finance.
• Create scope and draft project charters for capital improvements and new design direction.
• Prepare budgets for forecast, and estimate schedules for long-range capital improvements.
• Procure and manage external architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure decisions align with Amazon priorities and drive timely progress.
• Lead dialogues to resolve and prevent project issues.
• Identify risks, maintain scope, resolve blockers, and ensure contract compliance.
