Job summary

The role requires a 7+ year construction background with proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage design coordination, and lead teams through ambiguity, using CMAR, GMP, and Design-Build delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• 7+ years of construction experience with at least 3 years in preconstruction leadership or project management.
• Experience on complex commercial or institutional projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Familiarity with phasing, CMAR, GMP, Design-Build, and value management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project leadership and strategy during preconstruction.
• Coordinate design management with architects and engineers to meet budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with estimators to review milestone budgets and cost plans.
• Guide procurement strategies and early vendor involvement.
• Develop high‑level schedules and align input from design, estimating, and operations.
• Engage clients in preconstruction meetings and uphold proactive communication.
