Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in preconstruction and/or estimating.
• Experience with a general contractor or construction manager.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional projects.
• Strong understanding of conceptual estimating and GMP development.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and build trust with internal teams and trade partners.

Responsibilities
