PC Construction seeks a dynamic Collaborative Delivery Director to lead preconstruction for major water/wastewater projects, coordinating design disciplines and estimating, operations, and purchasing teams.

The candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years in design development for water/wastewater facilities and strong leadership. DBIA certification preferred; frequent travel to Mid-Atlantic/Southeast regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design development for water/wastewater facilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• DBIA certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead preconstruction proposals, fees, GCs/GRs and bill rates.
• Interview and present for projects.
• Lead/participate in VE, MOPO, HAZOP, Risk workshops.
• Prepare and present content for owners.
• Coordinate and manage engineering design subcontractors.
• Manage preconstruction schedule and budget.
• Track, manage, and deliver design deliverables.
• Coordinate pricing and descoping for GMP development.
• Support purchasing and operations in buyout.
• Promote a safety culture aligned with company goals.
• Mentor and coach preconstruction teams.
• Develop and grow client and engineering partner relationships.
• Attend local trade shows and industry events.
