PC Construction is seeking a Collaborative Delivery Director to lead preconstruction efforts on large water and wastewater projects. You will coordinate engineering design disciplines, estimators, operations, and purchasing teams to secure an efficient and successful lifecycle from design-build and CMAR delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering design development for water/wastewater facilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Lead preconstruction proposals, fees, GCs/GRs and bill rates.
• Interview and present for projects.
• Lead and participate in VE, MOPO, HAZOP, Risk workshops.
• Prepare and present content for owners.
• Coordinate and manage engineering design subcontractors.
• Manage preconstruction schedule and budget.
• Track, manage, and deliver design deliverables.
• Coordinate overall project pricing and descoping for GMP.
• Support purchasing and operations in buyout.
• Mentor preconstruction teams and grow client relationships.
• Attend local trade shows and events.
