Qualifikationen

• Strong background in commercial specialty contracting (Division 7, 9, or 10).
• Established relationships with major general contractors in Charlotte and the Southeast.
• Experience developing relationships, pursuing projects, negotiating opportunities, and winning work.
• Solid understanding of estimating, preconstruction, and the bidding process.
• Ability to engage contractors early in design phases (SD/DD).
• Experience with large commercial projects, including data centers, manufacturing, healthcare.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic preconstruction and growth initiatives in the Charlotte market.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with regional and national general contractors.
• Identify, pursue, and secure large commercial construction opportunities.
• Engage general contractors early in design processes to shape design development.
• Lead and coordinate preconstruction efforts to turn opportunities into awarded projects.
• Expand presence in data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare and entertainment facilities.
• Work with executive leadership to develop market strategy and pursue high-value opportunities.
