• Direct daily operational activities and clinical functions of the office to provide high-level medical services and ensure alignment with department goals.
• Oversee physician productivity and optimize patient care and access by adjusting operational strategies as needed.
• Monitor patient satisfaction initiatives and drive quality improvement through data-driven actions.
• Lead Digital Access initiatives to improve patient access, satisfaction, and workflow efficiencies.
• Set goals and develop plans for business growth and liaise with administration, faculty, and external partners.
