Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in operations, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with relational databases preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data from local offices to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Review current operational processes and recommend enhancements based on data insights.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance summaries for leadership.
• Resource Planning: Support forecasting for staffing and resource allocation; assist in migrations.
• Strategic Support: Contribute to scalable segmentation and service models; translate concepts into tactical results.

This role will focus on data analysis, process improvement, performance monitoring, resource planning, and strategic support to enhance service delivery and operational scalability.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Data Analysis
  • Collect and analyze operational data from local offices to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decision‑making and advisory needs.
  • Perform data audits and reconciliations across key systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Process Improvement
  • Review current operational processes and recommend enhancements based on data insights.
  • Document and communicate process changes to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with centralized services and local offices to implement improvements and monitor adoption.
• Performance Monitoring
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for office operations.
  • Prepare monthly performance summaries and trend analyses for leadership review.
• Resource Planning
  • Support forecasting efforts for staffing and resource allocation based on operational data and business needs.
  • Assist in migration projects as systems, vendors, and processes evolve.
• Strategic Support
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable segmentation and service models.
  • Translate strategic concepts into tactical results using advanced mental models.
• Other duties as assigned
